Hanni Gould
Director of Operations & Marketing
Hi, my name is Hanni and I oversee all aspects of operations and marketing for Culinary Infusion, our parent company. I’m so lucky to be a part of my family’s business and have been onboard since 2012. I oversaw our first venue, Circa on Seventh, prior to opening The Covenant. And now with more growth ahead, I’ve moved out of my role as Venue Director of The Covenant, and into Operations & Marketing.
What you should know about me? I have mono mono identical twin girls (Molly and Gwen), I could live on soup (any flavor, any day!), and I’m definitely a podcast self-growth junkie — Rachel Hollis is my jam!
Hannah Erickson
Venue Director, The Covenant at Murray Mansion
Hi, my name is Hannah and I’m the Venue Director at The Covenant at Murray Mansion. I have had a passion for planning events ever since my first job working as a Birthday Hostess at a local roller-skating rink. It only took me 3 years, 5 major changes, and a semester participating in The Walt Disney College Program for me to finally come to my senses and pursue my passion as a career! What I love most about being an Event Specialist is being a couples “go-to” woman the day of their wedding. My goal is to make sure each couple has a relaxed and worry-free “Best Day Ever”.
When I’m not setting up décor, bustling dresses and creating a perfectly executed event, you can find me taking long, romantic walks down every aisle of Target or aimlessly scrolling through wedding inspiration on Pinterest.
Lexie Whalen
Event Specialist, The Covenant at Murray Mansion
Hi, I’m Lexie…one of the Event Specialists here at The Covenant at Murray Mansion. I never really knew what I wanted to do when I “grew up” but after studying abroad throughout Europe as well as interning at Walt Disney World, I realized that planning events, especially weddings, was my dream job! My favorite thing in the world is seeing people in love, and now I get to help those couples plan their special day!
As a little girl, I always loved when the bride walked down the aisle because nothing is better than watching the groom’s face light up as his future Mrs. walks towards him and being able to see that every weekend is literally the icing on the [wedding] cake!
Cheyenne Johnson
Event Supervisor
Hi my name is Cheyenne. I am one of the Event Supervisors at The Covenant, and our sister venue, Circa on Seventh. I have been working and loving my job at Culinary infusion since 2015…I even did an internship with them in the past! The best parts of my job are making sure every client’s “Best Day Ever” goes off without a hitch and getting to share in so many special moments from weddings to graduation parties.
You can find me shopping at all the thrift stores, looking for the best deals when I’m not at University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee studying for my American Sign Language Interpreting major.
Hannah Sorensen
Event Supervisor
My name is Hannah, and I am one of the Event Supervisors at The Covenant at Murray Mansion, as well as our Kenosha venue, Circa on Seventh. I have been a part of the Culinary Infusion Team since 2013, which believe it or not, was my freshman year of high school!! My favorite part about working events is being a part of some of the most memorable moments of people’s lives; from weddings to baby and bridal showers, I love being able to witness all of these joyous and amazing moments. (And I love seeing all of the different centerpieces at weddings!)
When I’m not studying for my nursing degree at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, you’ll most likely find me feasting on Okiedoke popcorn or sipping on coffee.
Keith Meyer
Executive Chef, The Covenant at Murray Mansion
My name is Keith and I am the Executive Chef at The Covenant at Murray Mansion. I’m one of the owners of Culinary Infusion and founded the company with my wife, Kathy. We catered together for years and saw a niche market that we wanted to take on in our hometown of Kenosha and SE Wisconsin. Growing up with my father owning and operating a butcher shop, food was always so important to our family, and today our clients get to experience that quality. We started with a food background, so food is what we do best! The one compliment we hear all the time? “This was the best wedding food we have ever had!” This immediate gratification, and the happiness on our guests’ faces is the best part of working events.
After 22 years of coaching 7th-grade girls basketball (which turned out to be a great staff recruiting pool through the years!), I retired that role to spend my free time with my five grandchildren. They keep me young!
Kaycee Galitz
Chef
Hi, I’m Kaycee — the official Pastry Chef (IE. Sweet Treat Extraordinaire) of Culinary Infusion! My love for baking began when I joined the Culinary Infusion team back in 2009; since then, I have successfully completed a degree in Baking & Pastry Productions from Le Cordon Bleu College in Chicago. Not only am I the mastermind behind all of the delicious desserts Culinary Infusion has to offer, I also assist with preparing and coordinating all things food-related behind the scenes.
I like to consider my role on the team one of the “most important”, because what’s a celebration without food and DESSERT?! But don’t let my sweet side fool you, I am also a competitive powerlifter!
